We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Director, Revenue Strategy & Transformation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key strategic partner, leading the development and execution of impactful initiatives that optimize our revenue engine and streamline core operations. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing process enhancements, and navigating organizational change with a focus on achieving measurable results.
What You Will Do…
- Partner with the leadership team to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, prioritizing initiatives that optimize revenue streams, improve profit margins, and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and own various strategic initiatives, providing critical project management support in collaboration with colleagues from across all levels of the organization
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for revenue expansion, cost optimization, and process improvement, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and guide strategic initiatives
- Design and implement process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
- Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
- Identify and implement best practices in operational excellence and organizational change management
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform process optimization strategies
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in strategic planning, operations, management consulting role, or a related role
- Demonstrates strong leadership presence, fostering trust and confidence while effectively communicating strategic vision and direction
- Demonstrated ability to support strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
- Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a results-driven, dynamic environment
- Passion for leveraging data and technology to solve problems and drive change

Salary
$135,000-165,000/year DOE
