Full Job Description
The IT & Systems Manager will lead the build-out of an Information Technology function at CLS. The role will plan, organize, control, and improve information technology stack and computer systems across the company. This role will also manage IT third-party support as well as part-time break/fix resources
Requirements
Duties And Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document current state of information technology stack
- Identify technology needs and make scalable recommendations to company Leadership
- Detect root cause and implement solutions to long-standing employee issues, while tracking case performance
- Develop training programs to proactively build employee IT knowledge
- Maintain company hardware and software programs
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Support advances in the company’s use of software and systems to improve productivity and efficiency
- Provide strategic direction as a stakeholder on the team responsible for transitioning Creative Learning Systems to a new ERP system
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed.

Education and Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field.
- Five or more years in progressive experience within an IT function.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate technology systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
