As a Key Account Manager at Jetti Resources, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for understanding their business objectives, identifying opportunities for additional sales, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture client relationships to comprehend their business objectives.
- Spot opportunities for additional sales to current clients.
- Work with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client contentment.
- Create account strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions to offer informed advice.
- Address client concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key clients.
Salary Range: $146,000 - $169,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in key account management or related field required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Industry knowledge desired but not required.
