Marine Solar Business Development

We offer high quality marine solar panels and solar systems. We need help getting in front of more boat manufacturers, marinas and boatyards as well as camper van manufacturers.

Ideally you know both solar and the marine industry. We have contracts with a many of boat manufacturers and marinas but the majority do not know us yet.

We will have some inbound sales, via our website. They come in via chat, phone calls and emails. That said, you are responsible for drumming up your own business. We do email campaigns so many calls will be warm.

We work to be a high value provider, our products are excellent and offered at a fair price. Our competition is 50-100% more expensive but of similar/lower quality.

Work from home, we will have weekly sales meetings online.

Ideally you are:

Into boating, sail or power or both

Sharp, Energetic, Fun

Willing to travel some portion of the time

Live on the coast somewhere

Good sense of humor

Selling skills/interests

Hungry to make money

Requirements

Sales skills. Solar knowledge. Boating interest. Marine contacts or willing to develop.

Benefits

Will pay a percentage of sales made. Deals will continue the full payout for 3 years then drop 50% and be paid in perpetuity as long as you are with the company. Base pay will also be negotiated, especially as you begin.
