Position Overview:
The Nat. Const. Mgr (NCM) manages and directs General Contractors in multiple states, budgeting efforts, and puts efficient workflows in place to maximize productivity and performance of the team and projects. Responsible for scaling, developing long-term operational strategies, to meet or exceed company objectives.
Requirements
Must Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strategic leadership in construction management managing general contractors and staff on a regional or national level.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills on a national, regional, local level.
- Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and bring projects in on time, on budget, at the highest level of quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Project Management on a State, Regional or National Basis for General Contractors.
- Excellent communication skills in one/one or group setting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to solve problems; must possess excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Location: Remote in the U.S.A.
Travel: Up to 30%
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Areas of Expertise: Construction Management, Vendor Relations Management, Leadership
Compensation: $115-$120k DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel up to 30% to customer sites.
- Oversees stakeholder interactions to ensure the company is meeting its deliverables.
- Provides regular status reports to leadership.
