About the Role
Are you passionate about leading operational excellence in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment? Are you yearning for an opportunity to utilize your creativity to grow a scaling process? We are looking for a Product Manager to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.
The Product Manager will be responsible for challenging the team to think bigger and move faster to solve big supply chain problems. This position is accountable to maintain a clear, valuable, and vetted backlog of features and inspire the team to quickly ship valuable features.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Keen business acumen

● Maintains a clear, validated, valuable backlog
● Challenges the team to continuously accelerate delivery
● Rapidly innovates by conceptualizing, developing, and shipping high quality features, which makes a significant impact to solve customer challenges and achieves strategic business objectives
● Develops operational context to train customers, onboard new users, and handle support requests as needed
● Other duties and special projects as assigned
Within the first 30 days you will:
● Gain the trust and respect of the engineering team
● Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the existing products, their technical architecture, and data
● Become a recognized expert on your target users and customers
● Develop enough operational context to train customers, onboard new users, and handle support requests as needed
● Understand our advantages, differentiation, business strategy, and our competitive landscape
Requirements
● Strong leadership ability
● Strong background in Software Development
● Experience building customer-facing enterprise products
● Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, data analysis, and analytics
● Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
● Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
● Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
● Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Educational/Experience Requirements:
● BS/BA Computer Science, or plenty of hands-on experience building software
● 5+ years as a product manager, product owner, or founder
● Built customer-facing enterprise products
● Experience working with high-performance teams who exceeded business objectives
● Proficiency in SQL
Compensation: $150-$200k
