Production Manager

Apple Roofing is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a production manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our production operations and ensuring the timely completion of roofing projects.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and equipment
• Managing a team of skilled technicians and subcontractors
• Monitoring production progress and making adjustments as needed
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure excellent workmanship
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements

• Prior experience in production management, in the roofing industry
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
