Project Architect

Elite Sourcing LLC is working with a trusted and renowned architectural firm known for delivering high-quality projects. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect. WIth this positions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development process of various architectural projects. Your expertise and creativity will contribute to the successful realization of our clients' visions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
• Create architectural designs and concept drawings using industry-standard software.
• Present and communicate design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any design or construction-related issues.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably in a reputable architectural firm.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Effective project management abilities, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working on diverse architectural projects, including commercial and residential.
• LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
