Full Job Description
Auria is looking to hire a Project Manager to join our Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position will be based in Colorado Springs, CO.
The Project Engineer will work with Leadership to manage, coordinate, and oversee the cross-agile Release Train and Cross-Functional Product Team efforts with associated projects, contract proposals, and Mods.
Essential Functions:
- Knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Project Management and EVMS
- Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment
- Experienced in developing and managing project teams and schedules.
- Experience in Development Lifecycle and knowledge of spiral development processes.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage, coordinate, and oversee Cross-Functional Area efforts associated with the Sustainability and Development lifecycle management.
- Experience with project planning, cost, schedule & performance.
- Previous experience with development programs and deployment execution activities
Basic Qualifications:
Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume if applicable.
- An active Secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- 10 years with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 14 years experience in lieu of a degree.
- Support the planning and executing technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes, ECPs, and other customer engineering estimate requests.
- Support the development of TO60 IMS objective evidence and the collection of IMS status accounting, and will support cross-spiral de-confliction, Cross-Functional Area coordination, and schedule/resource issue resolution.
Salary Range: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($124,000 - $137,000).
