Radiology - MRI Tech

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology MRI Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans on patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during the procedure. The Radiology MRI Tech will work closely with the radiologist, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MRI scans and imaging procedures on patients, ensuring safety and comfort

- Use MRI equipment and technology to capture high-quality images of the patient's body

- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the procedure

- Monitor patients during the procedure to ensure their safety and well-being

- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret and analyze the MRI images

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Educate patients about the MRI procedure and answer any questions they may have

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field

- Current certification as an MRI Technologist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI tech

- Strong knowledge of MRI equipment, technology, and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
