Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Determine clients' needs and propose suitable solutions
- Display and market real properties to potential buyers
- Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable personality
- Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years old or above
