This position is specifically to support AdvoLogix customers and their customized implementations of our AppExchange products. This position also provides the opportunity to grow responsibility in the Customer Services team, as well as the opportunity to progress into our commercial software product development team.

Who You Are:

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be designing and engineering complex solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clients. You will be challenged by a wide variety of projects leveraging an arrangement of innovative technologies while delivering for clients across an extensive range of industries. You have strong attention to detail, and pride yourself on writing beautiful and clean code which will stand the test of time.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
• Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
• Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce and AdvoLogix products during new product releases and acquisitions
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects and assignments

Requirements

• Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems, including point-to-point and integration platform-based API integrations
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience (5+ years preferred)
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite and multiple clouds
• Extensive development experience using Lightning Components, Javascript, VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, HTML, CSS, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface, including security model design, declarative application development, and experience building solutions using process builder and flows
• Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, or Jira
• Excellent client-facing, written, and oral communications skills
• Current platform developer I and II certifications preferred
