Resource Innovations is seeking a Sr. Manager - Inflation Reduction Act to join our growing Advisory Services team in Louisville, CO or Remote. As an Advisory Services Sr. Manager - Inflation Reduction Act with Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for providing expertise in all aspects of the successful planning, design, and launch of Inflation Reduction Act programs; Homes and HEEHRA across multiple states. As an initial member of the core team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and build a best-in-class startup function to be scalable nationwide. As a Manager/Sr Manager with Resource Innovations, you will work closely with senior program leaders to ensure we meet internal deadlines and exceed partner and client expectations. You will be establishing best practices, managing various projects, tracking and ensuring deliverables/milestones are met, and working cross collaboratively with the internal team and our partners.
Specific responsibilities will include supporting: creating and reviewing work product for client delivery, project and client management, leading cross-team design initiatives while ensuring on-time and under budget performance of DSM, DR, DER program design and other related tasks.
We are seeking a passionate and career minded sustainability professional with 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and/or evaluating, electric or natural gas DSM programs or electrification programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements IRA Rebate program initiatives.
- Coordinates and supports activities of a large-scale energy programs alongside program leadership, our program delivery partners, and State Energy offices.
- Tracks high-level program deliverables, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with DOE requirements, tends to client's unique needs in addition to program objectives and priorities.
- Organizes leadership and other team meetings, including tracking agendas, and providing updates to leadership.
- Develops and strengthens the client relationship (communications, coordination, deliverables, reporting) including in-person and virtual client engagement throughout the duration of the project/program.
- Leverages experience with DSM programs and/or program implementation to incorporate best practices in program design process.
- Develops quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) plans, procedures and operation manuals
- Coordinates and manages program evaluation activities
- Develops and incorporates continuous improvement processes
- Conducts analysis as needed to support decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study in social science, environmental science with a focus on energy efficiency / energy management, or engineering is required
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and/or evaluating, electric or natural gas DSM programs or electrification programs
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.

The compensation range for this exempt position is $93,000 - $158,000. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience, internal equity and location. This provided range may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.
