Supervisor

TechOp is seeking motivated, organized on-site supervisors for a contact center team working to support a federal government program. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written). These supervisors will be responsible for managing the team as well as reporting on performance to the Government client, so organization and attention to detail are must-haves.

Requirements

To serve as one of two on-site supervisors for a large team working to support a federal government program. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• HS or equivalent, Higher degree in Business Management preferred
• Managing, directing, monitoring, and reporting on team performance, including tasking work and managing scheduling
• Developing and carrying out quality assurance activities
• Training new team members
• Reporting on overall team performance using Government-supplied software
• Administratively manage files, supplies, timekeeping, and compliance with both Government SOPs and safety requirements
• Coaching individual team members who are not meeting expectations

• Ability to communicate effectively to individuals or groups, tailoring both content and presentation to the audience.
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Conflict management/resolution skills
• Experienced applying contact center and customer service technologies and approaches to ensure high quality customer service and delivery
