Job Title: Artistic Associate

Open Arts Alliance, a leading organization dedicated to fostering arts education and producing high-quality theatrical experiences, is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Artistic Associate. This position will play a crucial role in our upcoming fall productions of "FROZEN Kids" and "A CHRISTMAS CAROL" presented at the iconic Carnegie Hall.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our productions and engage with our audience.
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and maintain a consistent online presence.
- Administration:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to production planning and execution.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications among artistic staff, performers, and production team members.
- Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, rehearsals, and performance schedules.
- Production Management:
- Support the Program Director in coordinating technical and logistical aspects of rehearsals and performances.
- Liaise with stage crew, designers, and technical staff to ensure smooth execution of production elements.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement of production materials, and other production-related tasks.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in Greenwich, CT (easily accessible from New York City via I95 or Metro North). The Artistic Associate will report directly to the Program Director and collaborate closely with other members of the production team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the vibrant arts community and work on prestigious productions in one of the world’s most renowned venues.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Arts Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the arts or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and experience working in theatrical settings is a plus.
