Requirements

The Flood Law Firm is looking for a highly-motivated and driven attorney to join our team in the Danbury office. Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation experience. The position will be responsible for handling a busy caseload from inception to settlement or verdict. Attorneys are involved in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials. This is a position for someone looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Benefits

The starting salary range is $90,000-$135,000 depending on experience. This position will be eligible for performance-based salary increases and bonuses with no ceiling and no billable hours.
