Full Job Description
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for coordinating and processing customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely fashion. They communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping information, and other inquiries. Responsibilities include entering orders, managing order status and pick-up information, providing customer support, and serving as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service/inside sales experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires sitting at a computer, walking between the office and the factory, and may involve lifting up to 25 pounds.
