At Thomas Talent Network, LLC, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure that they have a positive experience with our company.
In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. You will provide accurate information about our products and services, address customer complaints and issues, and document all interactions in our CRM system. Additionally, you will follow company guidelines and procedures to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Proficient in using computers, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Must be able to work at least 15 hours a week and have a hardwired internet connection with your own equipment
