PurchRock is a rapidly growing real estate investment company that specializes in identifying and acquiring underperforming properties and turning them into profitable investments. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and support our executives. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support, and coordinating various tasks and projects. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executives
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Perform research and analysis on various topics as assigned
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
