Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the Aviation & Aerospace industry, specializing in supply chain optimization. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operations of our company's facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility maintenance programs and schedules
- Manage and coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols
- Monitor and evaluate facility operations to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee facility security, including access control systems and surveillance cameras
- Manage and collaborate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare and manage facility budgets and expenses
- Provide leadership and guidance to facility staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize facility efficiency
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management
- Knowledge of facility management best practices and industry standards
- Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in computer programs and facility management software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Professional certifications in facility management are a plus
