Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to our exceptional team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing, trustworthy, and team player. As a key member of the HR team, the Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace, supporting employee engagement, ensuring effective HR processes, new employee onboarding success, and continuing employee personal and professional progression.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns and conflict resolutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Administer HRIS, Pay Scale, and other platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and the leadership team.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the planning and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.
- Oversee the successful completion of the 60-day onboarding internal processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure a smooth offboarding process, including exit documentation.
- Personal and Professional Progression:
- Manage Career Progression Paths for all team members.
- Facilitate Personal Progression Sessions for the team.
- Manage and conduct quarterly check-ins.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate the open enrollment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Human Resources certification recommended.
- Experience with ConnectWise and familiarity with human resource platforms recommended.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-oriented team.
- Enthusiastic and committed to meeting the challenges of a growing company.
- Demonstrates excellent follow-through to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Occasional travel to other Charles IT's locations
- A current and valid US driver's license is a requirement.
