Requirements
Responsibilities:
As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our potential clients, setting the tone for an exceptional client experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Efficiently managing, organizing, and handling intake-related documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Promptly responding to inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Identifying and signing up wanted cases, ensuring that qualified potential clients are effectively onboarded.
- Facilitating the electronic signature process for intake paperwork, guiding clients through each step to ensure a seamless experience.
- Diligently following up on pending paperwork to ensure completion and maintaining a proactive approach to client needs.
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service, creating a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and prospective clients alike.
- Accurately updating and maintaining our CRM system with detailed client information, demonstrating a high level of tech proficiency and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experienced in Sales or Customer Service: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating a track record of effectively handling client inquiries, building relationships, and providing solutions with empathy.
- Organized & Proactive: Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, maintaining accuracy in documentation and client communications.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Client-Centered: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, approaching each client interaction with compassion, professionalism, and dedication to client care.
