IT Support Specialist

The Boxoffice Company is seeking an IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST for our Ridgefield CT office. 

This is a full-time position in our office Monday-Friday. Competitive salary and benefits.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage internet contracts and ensure optimal network performance.
• Maintain firewalls for network security.
• Manage VoIP phone systems and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain local computers and peripherals.
• Manage the office alarm system and maintain its functionality.
• Monitor and maintain office surveillance cameras.
• Manage mobile phone contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Procure computers for remote and in-office employees and provide ongoing support.
• Manage and maintain Domain Name System (DNS) configurations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
