Full Job Description
The Boxoffice Company is seeking an IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST for our Ridgefield CT office.
This is a full-time position in our office Monday-Friday. Competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internet contracts and ensure optimal network performance.
- Maintain firewalls for network security.
- Manage VoIP phone systems and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain local computers and peripherals.
- Manage the office alarm system and maintain its functionality.
- Monitor and maintain office surveillance cameras.
- Manage mobile phone contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Procure computers for remote and in-office employees and provide ongoing support.
- Manage and maintain Domain Name System (DNS) configurations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
