We are seeking a capable Office Assistant to join our team at Hellas Air Temp!
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining files and records, and assisting with general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring phone calls as needed
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Creating and updating files and records
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with general office tasks as needed
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. Attention to detail and strong computer skills are also important for success in this role.
