SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director Program Management, Technical Lead, the Program Management Analyst supports the execution of the customer account management to track and report customer engagement activity including but not limited to preparing data for Quarterly Business Reviews, A/R, excess inventory, forecast vs PO backlog planning and other pertinent metrics. Reporting to VP Business Development, the Program Management Analyst supports the marketing and customer acquisition process in collaboration with others using the internet, software, social media, webinars, email, events. In addition, the role researches customer segments, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
- Enters requests for quotes from prospects into the ERP system
- Follows up on quotes with internal Program Management team
- Delivers analysis and reports on quoting and revenue operations activity
- Prepares customer quarterly business review presentations for the Program Management team
- Supports Program Managers on assigned accounts as required
- Assists Program Managers with scheduling and customer account updates (e.g. invoicing, sales order report, AR summary, scrubbing excess, stencils, etc.)
- Manages and updates the database for all customer terms & conditions and quality clauses
- Assists production with scheduling and generates KPI metrics
- Assists Program Managers with commercial items including excess and no demand inventory and commercial cost recoveries and cost assertion claims

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is desirable.
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation software is desirable
- Experience using social media platforms for business outreach preferred is desirable

- Assists with content development and rollout of marketing materials, campaigns, and events
- Conducts market research and analysis on competitors, trade groups, and government agencies
- Researches potential targets for the sales funnel
- Qualifies customer leads through research, email, phone and social media contact
- Follows up on qualified leads using marketing content and tools
- Manages content in customer relationship management (CRM) system
