Full Job Description
- Join a focused R&D company in North Haven, CT to support the proposal process enabling research in the Clean Energy Space.
- Contribute to furthering research into the areas of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells, Carbon Capture, Emissions Capture, and more
- Work closely with the Business Development team, Technical Research team, and Accounting team to ensure alignment of efforts
- Take ownership of proposal generating process for Government, SBIR, and Industry partners
- Be responsible for managing multiple deadlines, including working to ensure individual holding contributors accountable to these deadlines.
- Support Business Development as a whole when in between proposals, assisting with marketing and other outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in a technical field, Business / MBA experience is a plus.
- Experience with the proposal process, ideally in a similar industry or with government / SBIR proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with Wordpress, Canva, MailChimp is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, proven ability to take ownership of a proposal and hold contributors accountable to deadlines
- Ability to work onsite in North Haven, CT. Eligibility to work in the US without future Visa Sponsorship.
