**Job Description:**

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients through a combination of door-to-door sales, cold emailing, and calling. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and set your own schedule, with uncapped earning potential based on your performance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in target areas

- Conduct cold outreach via email and phone to engage potential clients

- Present our services persuasively and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects

- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in sales, particularly in door-to-door and cold calling/emailing, is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

- Comfortable with remote work and managing your own schedule

- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed and exceed targets

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
