Tahzoo, a globally recognized digital transformation agency in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As an Account Coordinator at Tahzoo, you will have the opportunity to work with our prestigious clients, contributing to the execution of their digital marketing strategies and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist as a point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to develop and execute client initiatives
- Assist in the creation and presentation of client proposals, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving the customer experience
- Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client services within an agency or consulting environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer experience principles is a plus
Salary range: $55,000 - 60,000
Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
