We are looking for a dynamic Data Analytics Lead to join our team! The Data Project Lead oversees the overall function and operation of the Data Analytics team. The Lead provides clear direction, context, guidance, and resources for the team and confirms that all client deliverables are within scope, meet client needs, and demonstrate progress toward identified metrics. The Data Analytics Lead will assist the KM Project/Operations Manager with administrative tasks and strategic planning, supporting the Data Analytics team and the overarching Knowledge Management Team.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Ensure programs/projects are planned and managed to CATHEXIS standards (e.g., QMS and the supporting PMPI)
- Track project progress, including early identification of risks and associated mitigation strategies
- Act as the lead and liaison between the KM Project/Operations Manager and other strategic decision-making groups
- Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve risks/issues identified by other team members, escalating as necessary
- Monitor and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of team’s initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement efforts
- Serve as trusted advisor to KM Project/Operations Manager
- Assume ownership and responsibility for assigned actions and/or tasks
People Management
- Manage and develop the team, including setting clear expectations, providing feedback, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing recognition for contributions and collaboration beyond expected job responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) 7+years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor of people and/or project leader in a multi-level or matrixed organizational structure
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role supporting government contract(s) and/or in a corporate environment
- Minimum 3 years of leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired goals
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience with project management applications, such as Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Able to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance.
- 5+ years of experience with MS/MA
- 2+ years of experience with PhD
- 0-3+ years of Management Experience

CATHEXIS offers competitive compensation packages to all eligible employees. Our goal is to provide a compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our team, is competitive with national average market rates, and promotes your financial security and personal well-being. The annual salary range for this role is $104,000 - $130,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline. CATHEXIS considers various factors in its final offer, including location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
