Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Consultancy specializing in the Oil & Energy industry, Eram Talent is dedicated to providing exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients worldwide.
The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs and policies. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of HSE regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
If selected, the job location would be in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate safety training programs to educate employees on safe work practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and maintain safe working conditions.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all HSE-related incidents and activities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees to promote a culture of safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in HSE coordination, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HSE management systems and auditing processes.
- Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
