We are looking for a dynamic Program Analyst to join our team! The Program Analyst will primarily provide programmatic, administrative, and communications support VA portfolio of projects and teams. This role will provide the necessary program support to successfully manage complex, diverse, integrate projects through the full life cycle and support execution of all associated requirements, tasks and deliverables associated with the projects. The Program Analyst will build and maintain systems, processes, and deliverables that position CATHEXIS to deliver and coordinate the work requested by the client. This role will dedicate a significant amount of time serving as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, which requires synthesizing and translating information to a variety of audiences to ensure alignment across workstreams, forward project progression, and operationalization of the client’s current and future goals.

- Familiarize yourself with current projects, deliverables, and collaborating partners.
- Build relationships and rapport with the project team, CATHEXIS partner teams, and the VA client.
- Partner with and shadow senior team members to learn processes, assist with project management deliverables, assist in peer review and preparation of deliverables, and assist in overall client support. Develop the knowledge to provide editorial and creative editing input to deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools (i.e. Asana) and SharePoint, consistent with the team’s protocols. Demonstrate proficiency through effective project tracking throughout the project life cycle.
- Support your teammates’ project and program efforts and successfully assume responsibility for some of the workload within the project team.
- Meet assigned deadlines (client and CATHEXIS assigned) on or ahead of time.
- Perform independently at the Program Analyst level, meeting quality and efficiency expectations, with minimal to moderate oversight required.

- Coordinate with your direct supervisor to identify manager-approved/appropriate performance goals and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial triage of incoming requests from internal partners and external clients
- Manage tasks including but not limited to ad hoc client requests, proactive analyses, and the coordination/triaging of deliverables from multiple sources
- Oversee cross function activities as assigned
- Create professional-level PowerPoint presentations to convey key points and concepts in a simplified way that gains client buy-in/concurrence
- Conduct detailed proofreading and editing, supporting projects, ad-hoc client requests and assigned team deliverables
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, Gantt charts, Venn diagrams and other visual depictions of project processes and plans
- Support the development of policies and standard operating procedures for program standardization
- Write and deliver clear, grammatically correct, and accurate meeting minutes that synthesizes meeting content, attendees, due-outs, and decisions
- Perform administrative, programmatic, and communications support to the project team
- Provide program support to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close diverse and complex projects and all associated requirements, tasks and deliverables
- Build and maintain systems, processes, and deliverables that position CATHEXIS to deliver and coordinate the work requested by the client
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, which requires synthesizing and translating information to a variety of audiences, to ensure alignment across workstreams, forward project progression, and operationalization of the client’s current and future goals
- Host, attend, and participate in virtual team, internal cross functional, and client meetings to determine client support needs, assess and ensure client satisfaction, provide project updates, and present deliverables
- Conduct research and/or oversee the development and delivery of research and experience-based guidance and advice to the client team pertaining to current or proposed projects and programs
- Submit deliverables to the client on or ahead of time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
- 3 or more years of experience performing similar duties
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of AP style guide and ability to edit according to AP Style Guide and published standards
- Able to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance
- Availability to work (primarily remotely) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday

- Advanced experience with PowerBI, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, and/or Visio
CATHEXIS offers competitive compensation packages to all eligible employees. Our goal is to provide a compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our team, is competitive with national average market rates, and promotes your financial security and personal well-being. The annual salary range for this role is $68,000 - $88,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline. CATHEXIS considers various factors in its final offer, including location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
