RP is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst Sr. to support a federal organization. The Quality Assurance Analyst will review the Board and OAI Programs against industry best practices/standards and recommend program improvements where needed. This would be accomplished through review of program materials, interviews with Board personnel and other data collection activities.
This position is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the Board with consultative services and examples/options of successful program assessment services to other Federal and State Agencies.
- Provide a Program Assessment Report that addresses streamlining current processes, advising on, or creating new processes, and recommending methods to document processes.
- Quality checklists (what types of errors are called)
- Communication/Remediation of Error Trend Analysis.
- Data analysis of trends in remand/grant/denial rate by decision makers.
- IT System integration capabilities and other modernization methods (tools, resources, and techniques outside of IT System Integration)
- Effective tracking and reporting.
- Ensure that the appropriate personnel and Board operational components are conducting the appropriate aspects of Quality Assurance (QA)
- Provide evaluation, assessment, research, and data collection methodologies that conform with the current Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
- Recommend and provide a Quality Assurance Metrics Report that can be used to measure quality assurance activities to improve the Office of Assessment and Improvement (OAI) Program.
- Create internal and external QA curriculum and training materials in support of the Board’s OAI Program. The contractor shall use human centered design, to develop a training plan and provide training to support changes in the QA processes, as well as communicate error trends and remediation efforts.
- Develop training materials (to include train the trainer support, job aids, PowerPoint presentations etc…) for existing and new quality assurance program processes for employees, as well as training to educate Veterans and other groups such as VSOs on the Board’s processes.
- Provide assessment, instructor training, course materials, and present training, both virtual and on-site, for a leadership program and course of instruction.
- Provide training, monitoring, and coaching on the Board’s quality processes and procedures.
- Use storyboards, and other methods to create training presentations and delivery of training through various communication methods on the OAI Program.
- Share audit findings from other agencies and compare audit findings to the Board’s latest audit.
- Advise on audit findings, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Prepare risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies based on those audit findings.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training delivery and management (OAI Program).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience
- The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
