IT Concepts is looking for a Security & Program Coordinator to support ITC and all of our National Defense Cleared contracts. As a Security & Program Coordinator on a cleared site, you will play a crucial role in supporting and assisting in the administration of programs and operations within a classified environment. You will work closely with program managers, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective program execution, compliance with security protocols, and adherence to established policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, coordinating activities, monitoring compliance, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to program managers and teams, including managing documentation, maintaining files, preparing reports, and coordinating program activities.
- Security Clearance Management: Oversee and maintain security clearance processes and protocols, including managing personnel security clearance paperwork, coordinating with government agencies for clearance requests, and monitoring compliance with security regulations and requirements.
- Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination among program stakeholders, including government officials, team members, subcontractors, and other parties. Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and maintain effective communication channels to ensure smooth program operations.
- Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and databases related to program activities, including contracts, personnel records, financial records, and other program-related information. Ensure proper handling, storage, and dissemination of sensitive and classified information in accordance with security protocols.
- Training and Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding and training of program personnel, including conducting orientation sessions, providing guidance on program requirements and processes, and ensuring compliance with training and certification requirements.
- Research, analyze, and learn about new HRIS Systems and HR policies.
- Consolidate and tech edit documents for grammar, punctuation, consistency, and formatting.
- Maintain SharePoint and other ITC sites with appropriate documents and information.

Location: This position will work on-site at JBAB, DC, or Reston, VA. Some off-site days may occur, but this will not be considered a Hybrid position.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-5 Years experience working for DOD or Intelligence community (IC).
- Proven experience in program administration or related roles, preferably in a classified environment.
- Knowledge of government contracting, security regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Clearances and IC processes.
- Strong time management skills and comfortable working with Government Customers
Clearance:
- Required to have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and willing/able to pass a CI polygraph.
Salary Range: $80K-100K
