Full Job Description
CeLeen, an operating group of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support a contract with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying, assessing, and referring threats, threat trends and tactics or situational awareness of local disruptions to Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) missions.
- Fulfilling Requests For Information (RFI's) from the shared inbox by reading and confirming RFIs, develop a research plan for the RFI, complete the research and submit an information product of your research according to how the requestor needs the RFI.
- Researching, writing, publishing, and briefing informational products that highlight new threat trends, tactics, or other relevant information that affects PFPA mission and responsibilities.
- Attending staff meetings, working groups, and conferences for the purpose of understanding and learning new threat trends, to provide pre-approved information from PFPA that the group may not have and to provide PFPA leaders advice.
- Providing advisement and assistance in developing new or modified work methods, teamwork, innovative approaches, and alternative uses of new or available data sources.
- Provide analytical support to PFPA to identify threats such as terrorism, criminal, and foreign intelligence directed toward PFPA missions and responsibilities.
- Coordinating local, state, and federal information from Law Enforcement (LE) and Intelligence Community (IC) information for production of threat intelligence products and disseminate products to relevant PFPA members and external partners.
- Attending and briefing threat information and actionable intelligence to decision makers within PFPA and external partners.
- Establishing long term intelligence services and capabilities for the Threat Intelligence Center.
- Coordinating, creating, submitting, and presenting summary reports of relevant threat information from LE and Intelligence Community information.
Expected Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal travel expected: offsites, meetings, training, a conference.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in international studies, criminal justice, intelligence analysis, national security, or other similar fields.
- Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
- Ten (10) years of experience in criminal or intelligence analytical work to include experience in research, analyzing, writing, and publishing intelligence or threat products for decision makers.
- Two (2) years of experience with producing briefing material and briefing leaders and decision makers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Five (5) years of experience with intelligence and Law Enforcement analytical tools and software to include Authentic8, Dataminr, JARVISS, CHROME, and Palintir.
