Full Job Description
This role will support Bully Pulpit International’s global, day-to-day IT operations and will be based in its DC Headquarters. The Senior IT Specialist will report to BPI’s IT Director, who is based in the New York office and be a key member of Operations Team, supported by a Managed Services Provider for Level 1 IT Support.
The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of office technology, while providing support for BPI employees and contractors all over the world. This role will be an integral part of our developing global IT infrastructure and maintaining a strict security posture.
BPI is a Mac-dominated hybrid environment that leverages Entra ID and various SaaS software tools. As BPI continues to expand its global footprint, this role will help shape the IT infrastructure directly and maintain strict compliance standards.
Onsite in our DC office 5 days a week required
Salary range - $75,000 - $90,000
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of IT Helpdesk experience using a ticketing system
- Expertise in Apple computer troubleshooting
- Jamf Pro device management experience
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting AV Conferencing technology (i.e. Logitech Rally Bars, Zoom Rooms, Crestron etc)
- Experience in supporting an evolving SaaS tool techstack
- Office 365, Entra ID, Gmail Workspace, and Slack administration experience
- Zoom, monday.com, Dropbox, and Netsuite admin experience is a plus
- Basic network management skills
- Experience with SOC 2 and/or NIST compliance requirements
- Outstanding project management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with all levels of clients, executives, and team members
- Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation and tutorials.
- Self-motivated and can work independently while triaging tickets of varying priority
- Experience in automating onboarding and offboarding employee tool access

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role of $75,000- $90,000 base salary with an annual discretionary bonus + generous benefits. Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
