We are looking for a dynamic Senior Program Analyst to join our team! The Senior Program Analyst will serve as a Project Lead, providing program/project and event planning support to the Events Management Team in support of the Outreach, Transition, and Economic Development (OTED) Transition Assistance Program (TAP), Outreach and/or Economic Development client teams. The Senior Program Analyst will lead the effort to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close the project and all associated requirements, tasks, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative, program/project, and event planning support for Events Management team members and leadership
- Support and serve as Project Lead on OTED client programs and projects
- Host, attend, and participate in virtual team and client meetings to determine client support needs, assess and ensure client satisfaction, provide project updates, and present deliverables
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Support the OTED client in developing, planning, and executing various events, programs, and projects
- Develop and oversee the development of project plans, production trackers, briefings, talking points, data reports, agendas, invitations, scripts, proposals, PowerPoints, FAQs, flyers, social media and marketing materials, and other deliverables, in support of OTED client programs
- Conduct research and provide research—and experience-based guidance and advice to the internal project team and client team regarding current or proposed projects and programs
- Prepare clear, grammatically correct, and accurate meeting minutes, as needed
- Submit high-quality deliverables to the client on or ahead of time and ensure timely delivery of products to the client by project team
- Communicate with the Events Management team members and managers, as well as the OTED client team, to determine client support needs, assess and ensure client satisfaction, and build rapport
- Peer review and edit for quality deliverables prepared by team members for the OTED client, prior to delivery to the client team
- Collaborate with subcontractors to facilitate OTED client support
- Travel with the OTED client team up to several times per year for approximately one week at a time to provide on-site collaboration and support of the OTED client at site visits and program events held throughout the country
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience and a PhD
- 3+ years of relevant experience and an MS/MA; or
- 5+ years of relevant experience and a BS/BA; or
- 15+ years of relevant experience and Associates Degree/no degree
- 3+ years managing personnel
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and Excel
- Experience with Asana, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerBI
- Availability to work (primarily remotely) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Fridays.
- Ability to travel with the team/client multiple times per year
- Ability to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance

The annual salary for this role is $105,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline.
