What will you do in this role?
In this role you will master the application of ICEYE solutions for addressing insurance and government natural catastrophe use cases.
- Create captivating product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the exceptional capabilities of ICEYE’s solutions.
- Engage with clients and prospects to provide expert guidance on leveraging ICEYE data effectively in their workflows to overcome their specific challenges and requirements.
- Develop customized geospatial analyses and maps to empower clients, prospects, and our Marketing team with impactful visuals.
- Take ownership of ICEYE data delivery setup and assist customers in seamlessly integrating ICEYE data into their operational processes.
- Provide technical and process-oriented support to Sales Executives and Strategic Account Managers throughout the customer journey to unlock the full value of ICEYE’s products.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to facilitate the implementation and integration of ICEYE’s products into their decision-making tools and processes.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Practical experience working directly with clients in a technical pre-sales, data implementation or GIS consultant role
- Excellent communication and project management skills and proven experience in working with large accounts
- Creative problem solver with a passion for telling stories with data and analytics
- Practical experience performing geospatial analyses for data driven decision making
- Skilled in multiple geospatial analysis techniques, enterprise or web GIS, and comfortable with multiple analysis platforms and languages
- Experience with supporting clients in relevant industries, government, insurance, utility or financial services
In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you had the below attributes and skills:
- Fluent in Spanish, or Portuguese
- Familiarity with remote sensing, especially SAR
- Experience in natural catastrophe analytics
- Experience with Python or other programming language

- Base salary range for this position is 110,000-120,000 USD per annum (gross), however this salary level is flexible in order to reflect experience.
