Survey Operations Analyst
Location: D.C., New York, Chicago, Denver, (Hybrid), remote considered based on experience

The Impact You Will Make
BPI is looking for an analyst to join our Survey Operations team. The ideal candidate sweats the details of excellent surveys and qualitative projects – you’re excited to use data to find the best ways to run more representative research on how people actually feel about key issues
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Work directly to field and monitor quantitative surveys and qualitative projects (e.g., focus groups) across a variety of clients and methodologies
- Use data to ensure that our research reaches the right people, using R and other tools to compare it to audience data and benchmarks.
- Process quantitative survey data to make sure our team has the latest and most correct data to analyze across projects
- Coordinate project details across internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to make sure we get things right
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in quantitative and qualitative survey research methods (can be via coursework or a professional setting)
- Demonstrated proficiency using R to load, clean, and analyze data (can be via coursework or a professional setting). Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Experience working with survey platforms like Alchemer, Crunch, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics.
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interest in data processing and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Experience working directly on survey fielding and methodology with quantitative survey vendors (e.g. Dynata, Cint/Lucid, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with survey recruitment methods, including opt-in panels, probability-based panels, and listed samples is a plus

BPI offers a comprehensive offers base salary: $55,000- $64,000 + annual bonus and generous benefits. Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
