Full Job Description
We are searching for an account coordinator who is excited to play a large role in attracting and retaining clients. Account coordinator should be committed to customer satisfaction. You will communicate directly with existing and prospective clients across different platforms to find out about their needs, make follow up calls, develop comprehensive product knowledge and perform other duties to support account executives, as needed.
Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.
Account Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide product updates and technical support
- Addressing client questions and solving issues
- Managing account budgets and reporting to managers regularly on budget issue
- Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team
- Update internal databases with account information
- Working closely with assigned clients and leads to determine needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Problem-solving skills to help clients who may experience issues
- Attention to detail to ensure clients receive the correct advice and support
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
