Position Summary
Our enterprise solar development team is actively developing relationships with new customers in the rapidly growing commercial and industrial solar mid-market. We are helping to accelerate the transition to clean energy by working directly with enterprise level companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations to consult on corporate ESG initiatives and implement renewable energy projects. This position requires attention to detail and a passion for a solutions-driven approach to consultative sales development.

Requirements
- Identify and research key industry verticals Coordinate with support personnel to identify potential customers
- Conduct outbound contact to key personnel through phone, email, and video
- Develop relationships with customers to identify needs and qualify intent
- Conduct educational discovery meetings to inform customers on available offerings
- Performing regular follow-up contact and communication with potential opportunities
- Develop account plan and stakeholder plans
- Provide recommendations to customers on strategy
- Measure results and tactics to direct marketing and support personnel
- Identify membership associations and engage in networking opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop opportunities and execute contracts Solutions Analysis
- Conduct discovery and outcome meetings with various stakeholders
- Collect electric utility statements for each customer facility
- Facilitate preliminary system designs and energy analysis utilizing software platforms
- Collaborate with management team to develop and execute on strategic plans
- Consult customer on decarbonization strategies
- Develop carbon emission reduction strategies for on-site, and off-site power generation
Required Education, Experience, and Skills: 1-2 years in direct sales, business development, or sales development.
