Residential Real Estate Assistant
Position Summary:
The Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the Real Estate Agent, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of their office operations. This role requires a dynamic and highly organized individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence are essential qualities for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare essential documents, including Listing Agreements and seller's disclosures, for client signatures.
• Have good knowledge of Real Estate Contracts
• Facilitate access and attendance for property inspections and appraisals.
• Manage incoming calls and messages from clients, maintaining effective communication.
• Act as a backup Agent for property showings and Broker's Open Houses as required.
• Craft emails to engage potential clients and promptly respond to lead inquiries.
• Collaborate with vendors and sellers to schedule and oversee property preparations for listings.
• Provide support to fellow support staff members, especially in marketing and other real estate tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent real estate transaction experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Real Estate.
