As a BCBA with MIYO Health, you'll have the opportunity to work in a school-based setting, providing vital behavioral support to students. You'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized plans and interventions, and implement strategies to improve student behavior and academic performance. Requirements

Before applying, make sure you have and/or are able to: 

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (current and in good standing)
  • Availability to work onsite in Okeechobee, FL for the 2024-2025 school year
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience in a school-based setting
  • Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Experience providing remote therapy services preferred
  • Familiarity with web-based data collection systems
  • Passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Have a professional, dedicated space for working remotely
  • Passion and talent for building relationships
