Buddy's Bagels is looking for an energetic, effective, and experienced food service pro to be our next Store Manager. We have three locations in Sarasota with loyal, growing customer bases. Store Managers start at $20-$22/hour plus a share of the daily tip pool. The better your team is, the more you can make!
Shifts are 6:30AM - 2:30PM and we're open 7 days a week. That's right - No late nights! No crazy Sarasota rush hour traffic!
You must be able to work weekends and be available for most holidays. This is food service and you know those are our busiest days!

Requirements
Here's what you should bring to the table:
- 2+ years of experience of management/team leading in quick service or similar dining.
- Can work full-time, including weekend shifts (Required)
- Age 21 or older.
- Customer-oriented, ethical, professional, and honest. This all goes without saying!
- Professional appearance, attitude, and ambition.
- Reliable transportation and knowing that being on-time is a given - gotta set that good example!
- Legal authorization to work in the US. We use E-Verify.
- Able to stand for long hours, lift a minimum of 30lbs, and move around the restaurant without limitations.
- Able to speak clearly, write, and read English proficiently. Bilingual with Spanish is a plus.
