ProVal Technologies is a consulting firm for Managed IT Service providers, helping them navigate and manage their suite of technology products to support end customers. Our team assists MSPs in leveraging best practices and maximizing efficiencies across their tools and technologies, making MSPs more efficient and profitable. ProVal also takes on operational tasks, allowing MSPs to focus on strengthening customer relationships.
Role Overview:
As a Channel Sales Representative at ProVal Technologies, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving new business. Your primary focus will be to nurture and convert inbound leads, foster relationships with potential clients, and assist our sales team in securing new business. This role emphasizes collaboration with prospects who have already expressed interest in our services, focusing on building relationships and guiding them through the sales process. This role is designed to evolve into a senior sales position.
Job Details:
- Year One Salary Range (OTE): $50,000-$100,000
- Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement and Qualification:
- Learn about our technology services, including RMM Administration, backup, and NOC offerings, to effectively engage with prospects.
- Respond to inbound leads, ask the right questions to understand their needs, and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Track and organize interactions with potential customers using HubSpot (or other CRM systems), keeping the sales pipeline up to date.
Initial Sales Outreach:
- Follow up on marketing-qualified leads to keep them engaged and moving through the sales process.
- Communicate the value of our services in a simple, clear way, helping potential clients understand how we can solve their problems.
- Set up meetings or calls for the senior sales team, ensuring prospects are ready for more detailed discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure leads are nurtured effectively, and help improve outreach campaigns with your feedback.
Team Support:
- Work closely with the sales team by sharing insights from your interactions with prospects, helping to ensure smooth transitions as leads progress.
- Keep the sales team updated on lead status and share any important feedback from potential clients to improve the process.
Requirements
- Interest in developing a career in sales or business development.
- Any experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or business development is a plus (1+ year preferred).
- Willingness to learn about technology solutions and how they can help businesses.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (familiarity with HubSpot is a plus).
- Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to the success of the team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
