Data Entry Clerk/Customer Support - Remote

Gulf Coast Realty, LLC, a leading real estate company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Customer Support professional to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk/Customer Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data while providing exceptional customer support to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into our database accurately and efficiently
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or customer service is a plus
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
• Proficient in typing and data entry with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
