Summary
The Data Entry Coordinator will play an integral role in organizing and maintaining vital data that supports our operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage large volumes of information while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure all data entries are completed efficiently and accurately.

- Compensation: $20-$22/hour

Requirements
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and update data into the company's database systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before inputting into the system.
- Implement data management protocols to prevent loss and ensure the security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and process data requirements, ensuring that all entries reflect the latest information.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into data trends and assist in decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and improvement of data entry procedures for enhanced efficiency.
- Train and support other team members regarding data entry best practices and system usage.
- Maintain accurate records of data changes and transactions to ensure an audit trail.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications, with strong typing skills and speed being essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data management systems and data analysis techniques is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience/Education Required:
- A minimum of two years of experience in data entry or data management roles.
- Experience in an administrative position preferred.
- Excel experience and proficieny required.
Experience/Education Preferred:
- Proven experience in a similar position in disaster response or emergency management.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data visualization tools.
Expected Hours of Work
7 days a week up to 12 hours/day required including work nights/weekends/holidays. Additional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing data entry duties.
- Capacity to lift and carry office supplies as needed.
Work Environment
- On-site/EOC
- This position may require occasional travel to client sites as deemed necessary.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a company and any applicable drug, background check, and reference check upon offer of employment.
