Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of our estate planning processes. Key responsibilities for this role encompass:
- Uncovering property deeds and significant legal documents through careful research.
- Collaborating with county offices, public record databases, and other valuable resources to gather essential information.
- Ensuring the authenticity and precision of retrieved documents.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex legal descriptions, encumbrances and other property-related details.
- Creating comprehensive reports summarizing research results, exclusively created for enhancing our estate planning services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property deed research and retrieval, preferably within estate planning or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property law, legal terminology, and land records.
- Proficiency in utilizing online databases, public records, and other research tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
