JOB SUMMARY
The Desktop Analyst II responsibilities include performing system analysis for the determination of appropriate hardware, software, or application functionality. Investigative and provide additional technical support in an effort to remediate any system issues that can cause interruptions in users’ devices.
Based on project objectives outlined by the Manager of Development and Infrastructure, responsibilities will include project planning, execution, and implementation.

Requirements
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Auditing licenses across all user essentials software
● Removing licenses for Deactivated Users
● Downgrading on plans as needed based on usage
● Record keeping of the licenses per users in the organization
Routinely check-ups on Software Updates
● Ensure that updates are pushed accordingly to JAMF
Involvement in HiTrust Certification Renewal
● Provide evidence for IT requirements in accordance with HiTrust and Dane Street Policies.
Infrastructure Hardware Management and Maintenance
● Assist with onsite inventory management at Dane Street’s offices. Ensure that it is kept
under secure conditions at all times, and available for reassignment and/or business
continuity
Inventory Maintenance
● Auditing the records on a weekly tracking
● Replenishment on accessories and devices
● Testing accessories and devices to confirm functionality
Security initiatives
● Continued efforts to provide Security initiatives consistent with Dane Street Policies
● Ensure that user’s devices and systems are up to date on necessary updates
Preparation of New Hire Equipments
● Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems & software based upon the
role of the team member
Supervisory of Desktop Analyst I tasks such as (not limited to):
● Zendesk Support tickets
● New Hire Equipment Hardware Setup
● New Hire Equipment Software Setup
● Training on IT Processes
● Out of Office notifications
Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability
to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and
typing skills are essential.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and
computer work.
WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Supply and support their own internet services.
Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.

Beginning compensation will depend on several factors including the candidate's experience, education, and specific skills. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD
