An industry-leading travel organization, known for its over 30 years of exceptional service, is seeking a seasoned Event Planning Manager to bring their expertise in coordinating impactful virtual and in-person events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full event logistics, from venue and AV setup to catering and accommodations.
- Create detailed event plans that align with and advance company goals.
- Manage event budgets, balancing cost efficiency with quality.
- Enhance the attendee experience through seamless registration and thorough post-event follow-up.
- Monthly travel required for on-site event coordination.
Requirements
- Strong budgeting skills and prior event budget management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Adept at problem-solving with a proactive approach.
- Effective communicator with solid negotiation skills.
