Full Job Description
The EVP Sales (Miami-Dade County territory) of the Development Division at ONE Sotheby's International Realty will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance in Dade County. This role is a senior position within the development division and will play a crucial role in managing all sales initiatives within the development division portfolio. The EVP will serve as the main point of contact for sales, will support on-site sales teams, and be responsible for leading all sales initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving on-site sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on utilizing marketing strategies to generate and maximize sales opportunities. He/she will design, develop, and execute thoughtful strategies and tactics that will increase sales for the respective developments. New development experience a must.
- Manage relationships with existing sales team members (including Sales Directors), providing direction and overall leadership for the Division.
- Work with President/CEO, and senior executive team to identify key strategies that will enable achievement of maximum sales volume.
- Create and manage multiple marketing plans from predevelopment through sales launch.
- Strategic planning and design review for pre-development services for new development projects.
- Define and establish short- and long-term sales goals and quotas that align with corporate objectives for each project.
- Lead and manage the sales team for the development division, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Optimizing business development opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive on-site sales, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and public relations.
- Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to develop targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Lead all efforts associated with account management, inside sales and business development – ensuring teams can continue to grow and provide exceptional service to clients, real estate community, and developers. Training as key sales functions.
- Stay up to date with Florida real estate market trends and regulations, providing insights and guidance to the sales teams.
- Engage with key top-producing agents/teams, nurturing and maintaining critical relationships across the ONE Sotheby’s International Realty network (Travel will be required).
Requirements
- Must have proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams and areas of expertise across multiple cultural backgrounds.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven results in a similar or relevant role required - experience working in real estate new development required.
- Strong knowledge of the South Florida real estate market, with a focus in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience with multiple customer relationship management platforms / KPI reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (bilingual: Eng/Spa, multilingual, other languages preferred but NOT required).
